	Paul McClintock AO BA LLB (Sydney), FAICD Non-executive Chairman Appointed Chairman 19 March 2007 Current term expires 18 March 2013 Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr McClintock is currently Chairman of Thales Australia Limited and of the COAG Reform Council. He is also Director; Perpetual Limited and European Australian Business Council.
	George Savvides BE (Hons) (UNSW), MBA (UTS), FAICD Managing Director Appointed Director 6 September 2001. Appointed Managing Director 19 April 2002. Current term expires 11 March 2012. Mr Savvides is currently Vice President of the International Federation of Health Plans. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute for Population Ageing Research.
	Philip J Twyman BSc, MBA, FAICD Non-executive Director Appointed Director 21 September 2007. Current term expires 20 December 2012. Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Twyman is currently Chairman of the Swiss Reinsurance Company Australian Board of Advice and Director; Perpetual Limited and Insurance Australia Group Limited in addition to holding other Directorships.
	Jane Harvey BCom (Melb), MBA (Melb), FCA, FAICD Non-executive Director Appointed Director 21 September 2007. Current term expires 20 December 2013. Chairman of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Ms Harvey is currently a Director of IOOF Holdings Limited and Colonial Foundation Trust. She is also a Non Executive Director of Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and Chair of the Audit Committee for Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria.
	Elizabeth Alexander AM BCom, MCom, FAICD,FCA,FCPA Non-executive Director Appointed Director from 23 October 2009. Current term expires 27 November 2014. Chairman of the Human Resources Committee. Elizabeth Alexander is the Chancellor of the University Of Melbourne and currently chairs its Finance Committee, as well as holding directorships of Dexus Property Group and the Australian International Health Institute.
	Leanne Rowe AM MB BS, MD, FRACGP, FAICD Non-executive Director Appointed Director from 17 December 2008. Current term expires 16 December 2014. Professor Rowe AM serves as Deputy Chancellor of Monash University and is a Board member of Medical Consulting Victoria.
	Cherrell Hirst AO MBBS, BEdSt D, Univ (Hon) FAIM, FAICD Non-executive Director Appointed Director from 16 December 2009. Current term expires 15 December 2012. Chairman of the Health and Business Innovation Committee Dr Hirst currently holds a number of directorships including Avant Mutual Group and Impedimed Ltd. Additionally Dr Hirst is also Deputy Chair and part time CEO of Queensland Biocapital Funds and continues to serve on the boards of many not-for-profit community organisations.
	Steve Vamos BEng (Hons) Non-executive Director Appointed Director from 24 October 2011 Current term expires 23 October 2014. Mr. Vamos is currently a Director on the Telstra Board and also a member of the Telstra Remuneration, Nomination & NBN Committees. He is also a Founding President of the Society for Knowledge Economics - a not-for profit think tank that encourages new and better practices in leadership and management.
